The product lines have ranged from near-junk to luxury custom installs and the sales people from misinformed to veteran specialist. They offer a large variety of different products with different options. They just updated their showroom which shows a handful of options but also has several they can show you online as well. Installs and repairs are smooth and easy.

The service was comprehensive and excellent. Jesse was really nice. It’s more work to clean a chimney than I thought and the service was a solid value for the price. Jesse cleaned everything up when he was finished and I would have never known he was here. Good stuff.
